CATonline Training is competence based, providing your organisation with transparency in terms of staff cultural capability.

At the completion of this course, staff will be confident to apply their knowledge in a practical and structured way.

CATonline is the only nationally aligned video based training program available in Australia.

Our program consists of professionally produced informative video modules, allowing the participant to engage directly with the content material for maximum knowledge retention.

Most participants only need to allocate 60 minutes to complete the program.

CATonline is the first step in your journey towards cultural competency. Regardless of prior knowledge of Indigenous Australia, CATonline will strengthen your cultural competency skills.

The Certificate of Competency is available to download by all participants who have signed in via the CATonline website. The Certificate is not automatically available for clients with LMS delivery - a template for in-house Certificate delivery can be supplied.
